The top Nordic PropTech startup innovations were awarded on March 6 in Copenhagen at the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025 finale. Competing across six categories, the most promising industry solutions vied for the top spots, with Finland excelling—three Finnish companies won in their respective categories!
A total of 29 Finnish startups participated in this year's competition, with five making it to the finals. Koherent, Smartvatten, and Commu App secured victories, while themo (Energy) and Freesi.io (Sustainable & Healthy Buildings) also reached the final stage.

Nordic PropTech Awards – A Platform for Nordic Collaboration
The Nordic PropTech Awards is an annual competition organized by the PropTech communities of four Nordic countries: PropTech Finland, PropTech Denmark, PropTech Norway, and PropTech Sweden. The competition aims to showcase the best real estate and construction technology innovations in the region and promote their internationalization.
The winners were selected by a jury of over 40 experts, including investors, business leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders. The jury evaluated the solutions based on their innovation potential, impact, and scalability.
In Finland, the competition is coordinated by PropTech Finland, an ecosystem operating under KIRAHub. Finnish startups that reached the finals received mentoring support from PropTech Finland. Additionally, the competition was supported by Granlund, one of the event sponsors.
